We Value all our customers and therefore offer a comprehensive return policy that is easy to understand. All products have a 30-day return or exchange policy for unused, unopened resalable products.

  • There will be a 25% restocking fee for products already shipped. A 2% cancellation fee if item has not been shipped. 2% only applies if the item never left Norse’s possession.
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable and Return shipping costs for products returned are at the cost of the purchaser.
  • All returns must be pre-authorized prior to shipping with original proof of purchase.
  • Norse Log Homes will not be liable for any damages done by the shipper, or shipping company.
  • Norse Log Homes will NOT accept returned Products that are opened, or shipped without pre-authorization.
  • Sale & special-order items are non-refundable and are a final sale.
